Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

International shipping restrictions
Where available, shipping insurance may be included or offered during checkout.
Insurance claims require:

Submission within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery

Lost Packages

Damaged Packages
Customers must report shipping damage within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Photos of shipping labels
Photos of damaged contents
Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Stolen Packages
Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
Forge Labs is not responsible for:
Porch theft
Mailbox theft
Third-party theft
Delivery location disputes
Customers are encouraged to utilize secure delivery locations whenever possible.
Forge Labs accepts approved payment methods displayed during checkout.
Accepted methods may include:

Fraud Prevention

Customers initiating fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently prohibited from future purchases.
