SHIPPING, PAYMENT & RETURNS POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing times may be extended during:

  • High order volume periods

  • Promotional events

  • Inventory audits

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once an order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Carriers

Forge Labs partners with reputable shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (where applicable)

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, package size, and shipping availability.

Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring shipment progress

  • Ensuring availability for delivery

  • Contacting the carrier regarding delivery issues

Forge Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Forge Labs shall not be liable for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Returned shipments

  • Delivery failures caused by customer error

Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Forge Labs is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages after carrier acceptance

  • Customs seizures

  • Government holds

  • International shipping restrictions

2. SHIPPING INSURANCE

Where available, shipping insurance may be included or offered during checkout.

Insurance claims require:

  • Proof of damage

  • Photographs of packaging

  • Photographs of product contents

  • Submission within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery

Failure to provide required documentation may result in claim denial.

3. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages

A package may not be considered officially lost until:

  • Carrier investigation is completed

  • Tracking activity has ceased for an extended period

  • Carrier confirms loss

Forge Labs reserves the right to wait for carrier investigation results before issuing any replacement.

Damaged Packages

Customers must report shipping damage within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Required documentation includes:

  • Photos of outer packaging

  • Photos of shipping labels

  • Photos of damaged contents

Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Stolen Packages

Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Forge Labs is not responsible for:

  • Porch theft

  • Mailbox theft

  • Third-party theft

  • Delivery location disputes

Customers are encouraged to utilize secure delivery locations whenever possible.

4. PAYMENT POLICY

Forge Labs accepts approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

Accepted methods may include:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • ACH Transfers

  • Cryptocurrency (where available)

  • Other approved payment methods

Payment authorization must be successfully completed before order processing begins.

Fraud Prevention

Forge Labs reserves the right to:

  • Request identity verification

  • Request age verification

  • Hold orders for review

  • Refuse suspicious transactions

  • Cancel fraudulent purchases

Orders flagged for potential fraud may be cancelled without notice.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of research compounds and laboratory materials:

  • NO RETURNS

  • NO REFUNDS

  • NO EXCHANGES

All purchases are final once submitted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing orders carefully before completing checkout.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The wrong item was shipped by Forge Labs

  • A verified shipping error occurred

  • Applicable law requires otherwise

Any exception remains solely at the discretion of Forge Labs.

6. ORDER DISCREPANCIES

Customers must notify Forge Labs within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery regarding:

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged products

Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

7. QUALITY ASSURANCE

Forge Labs maintains strict quality control procedures designed to ensure:

  • Product identity

  • Product purity

  • Product consistency

Every batch undergoes quality review and analytical verification.

Where available, Certificates of Analysis (COAs) may be provided for reference and documentation purposes.

Product Variations

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Research compounds may vary in appearance

  • Packaging may change

  • Labels may change

  • Product presentation may vary between batches

Such variations do not constitute defects.

8. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Customers agree to contact Forge Labs before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may be considered a violation of these Terms.

Forge Labs reserves the right to:

  • Contest chargebacks with supporting evidence

  • Submit shipment records

  • Submit delivery confirmations

  • Submit customer communications

  • Submit website policies and checkout acknowledgements

Customers initiating fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently prohibited from future purchases.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with local import laws.

Forge Labs is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • Taxes

  • Product seizures

  • Import restrictions

No refunds will be issued for packages delayed, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Forge Labs shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Cybersecurity incidents

  • Labor shortages

  • Public emergencies
